Hotel dekat beach near Copperhead Island

"The stay was fine; we rested comfortably. The attention of the cabin maintenance guy was excellent, but the attention from the office staff was not good. If the customer has a need, they should not worry about mobilizing the staff. We arrived for a peaceful rest, but we had a stressful time waiting for the Wi‑Fi signal to connect. They need to improve that service because, as a customer, we also wanted to watch a program, and it was very stressful not having any signal to watch the TV....

"Easy transfer from airport to hotel and back. Staff was very helpful. Early check in not possible but checked in on time"

"Staff very professional."

"My disappoint was the quality of breakfast. Although the advertising was specifying hot breakfast, it was rather cold. Everything... Very little choices, the only 3 sorts of cereals available, outragedly sugary coated!! Otherwise the place was clean, so the room."

"room was clean, staff awesome and a excellent breakfast"

"Great customer service and a great area"

"good"

"Property was as described, clean, staff friendly and helpful."

"We loved the room, very spacious. And the whole property was well kept and very clean and modern."

"A great stay everything was good and everyone was nice."

"proximity to the Charlotte airport. In-house restaurant. Staff was not overly friendly or welcoming. While it's great to have an in-house restaurant, the menu was extremely limited. I ended up ordering sweet potato fries as there was nothing else appealing on the menu. We chose the hotel for two reasons: a separate bedroom and proximity to the airport."

"room was clean & nice except for little hairs in the tub . lotion bottle was empty but everything else was 10/10!! I enjoyed it & would definitely be back. I loved the body wash , shampoo & conditioner & the tub especially. Bed was comfortable & room was easy to find. Other than the fact that they don't take cash , everything else was lovely. Breakfast was very good & loved the coffee / tea & that it had a gym . Stayed here for Scarowinds & it was only 6 mins away ."

"Our room was clean and our beds were comfortable. (Nice to have hot water immediately in the bathroom, too.) Being located near two busy roads, the noise level was a little louder than other places where we've stayed; but, our sound machine came in handy and muffled the outside traffic. The staff was delightful, very helpful, and supportive. Breakfast was good; similar to most other hotel buffets. We also appreciated the security feature using the elevator. We did help a couple of guests...

"As expected for a Marriott"

"Clean, close to airport, prompt airport shuttle - would stay again"
