"The room was large which I much appreciated, as I did the ability to check-in much earlier than I expected to be able to! The parking was good and the neighborhood was nice. We did run into some issues with the bathroom, it did not appear to have been dusted in awhile and there was a single cockroach. The bed was comfortable but some of the drawers in the room were broken."

"Loved the free parking so reserve that on booking, the restaurant has delicious food but not for hungry children style place. The Staff were helpful and kind. Its a lovely quirky boutique style place in a very good location."

"The room was lovely and clean. The coffee plunger and drinking glasses were placed above the microwave which was pretty high already and I was not able to reach them to make a cup of coffee. That was a bit of a negative as I do like coffee in the morning."

"Very clean and well appointed with everything you need for a longer stay. Apartment is new and is nicely decorated. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is small but works well. Building is central to shops and easy access to motorway. Highly recommend "

"Fantastic hotel in a great location. Room was spacious and bright. The hydrotherapy room was beautiful and relaxing. All the staff we met were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Beau at reception was a huge highlight!"

"The location is great but there are couple issues. The room vanity in the bathroom is too small and no place to put my cleaning stuff, there is no dresser in the unit, the bed light was not working until we asked for repair."

"The rooms were very clean and updated. The availability of washer/dryer and breakfast were a bonus. Good location- close to restaurants and other amenities. If you need housekeeping, you have to request the service. Highly recommended stay!"

"The check-in was smooth and overall our stay was very comfortable. Loved that we were in the heart of Ponsonby with many shops, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket all in walking distance. The staff allowed us to keep our car in the parking lot for an hour after checking out while we visited our son nearby, very much appreciated thank you again!! We will definitely be back 😀🙏"

"Great location within walking distance of the bus station and the city centre. If you’re planning to have easy access to buses to and from the airport, this is the right place. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. There is a nearby homeless shelter/charity kitchen, so you may occasionally see people in the area, but I didn’t find it disruptive as a solo female traveller. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Auckland. Reception staff were super friendly and welcoming (...
