"My family and I always enjoy our stay at Hyatt House; we were greeted by Jade and Anthony who we met the first time we ever stayed at this hotel, few years back. It was wonderful seeing familar faces and they remembering us too. The other ladies at reception were great also. Our room was spacious and clean, having the studio with the kitchenette is helpful especially with babies/kids. "The location was ideal but the hotel didn’t clean my room everyday and didn’t even refresh my towels. I had to go to the front desk to drop off dirty towels and request clean towels. I was very disappointed with the service I received for the price I paid. Front parking was difficult with and adjacent business employees sharing the parking area during the day."

"Excellent location with a free shuttle from the airport. Property is adjacent to the best mall in Tampa, so there is a lot to keep you busy with downtime. Cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel is excellent, but the pool area is a bit small and quite dated. Brickwork around the pool was being done, but workers were respectful and tried to stay quiet."

"Lower rooms can be a bit dark but otherwise comfortable. If you can ask for a higher floor. Customers service is the best I’ve had in years. Truly amazing, I recommend just based on that but amenities are nice too."

"It’s a older hotel, dressed up with a renovation. Wifi is slow.. almost only 5-7 upload just beware if you have downloading and uploading to do. The rooms are small almost reminds me of a small bedroom in a house Staff was awesome. I usually stay at the Hyatt property beside this hotel and the Hyatt is about more spacious"

"I was disappointed with my experience overall. Before arriving, I emailed about early check-in and transportation but never received a response, so I had to call. The staff member I spoke with was rude, which already had me questioning my stay. When I arrived, the front desk wasn’t very welcoming. I asked if my daughter and I could leave our bags until check-in, and it felt like I was inconveniencing them. I left and came back around 3 p.m. Thankfully, Sandra at the front desk completely...
