"Ich war nur eine Nacht dort, aber kann mich nicht beschweren. Den einzigen Abzug gibt es für die Lage des Hotels. Die Gegend ist etwas heruntergekommen und es liegt sehr viel Müll überall. Zudem ist es ein gutes Stück vom Zentrum entfernt"

"I appreciate a service of Giada a lot. We arrived late at 22:30, and missed the reception opening time and her message in Expedia. Though Giada picked up our call, and instructed us to get the keys of our room. The keys of AC are not in the key ring but she delivered to our door. Breakfast is in a nice room near the entrance. Only thing is, we accidentally walked through the markets at night which is a bit messy and chaotic. Can try to avoid that area at night if walking to hotel."

"Was very nice hotel and perfect location, problem was cleaning team didn’t come everyday and when they did was only at 8am and we wanted to sleep in during our vacation. People were nice when they were there but no one was at front desk 80% of the time"

Valeria was very knowledgeable about practical things like transportation to and from the airport. Breakfast was delightful every morning, often with an origin story about the pastries. Our room was fully stocked with glasses and even a hair straightener along with the hair dryer."

"Die Lage ist absolut zentral und sehr gut gelegen. Einen Pkw Patkplatz muss man suchen. Der Straßenverkehr ist in Palermo sehr herausfordernd! Sehr freundliches Personal! Frühstück ist sehr liebevoll! Toller Aufenthalt!"

"The hotel in general was really excellent- super friendly and helpful staff, good location, the garden was a wonderful oasis. The room (The Deluxe room with sauna) felt more like an afterthought room concept than a room itself - if you want the feeling of sleeping in a spa then this is absolutely for you- but I felt it was a bit weird - the shower is in the main room so you have to be very comfortable with your partner - didn’t feel the need for a sauna, it was hot enough outside, and overall...
