"What a great place to stay in Victoria, all the staff are amazing just so friendly and helpful. Jaz from house keeping was just someone who was so nice and kind to me and my wife. This hotel was incredibly clean from top to bottom. The restaurant and bar have a great view and again friendly and helpful. The front desk staff are very nice and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and again just so clean and fresh. Our 1 bedroom suite was perfect for our needs , enjoyed the balcony...

"Parking was not that good. If you parked in the back it was a bit of a walk to get to your room. No lights in that parking lot."

"This property is in an amazing location. The rooms might seem a little outdated, but the bed and the pillows were so comfortable and the room was very clean. I have not slept that good on vacation ever! The staff is so kind and helpful, and they also do an amazing breakfast. It is literally right across the street from Spiral Beach, and within walking distance of a small grocery store and several eating establishments. If we ever returned to this area, we will definitely be staying here again,...
