"For a budget hotel it’s not bad , it’s just shabby. It could definitely use some TLC. The bathroom was worn and chipped in places and old. The bed was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner cover was cracked and broken in spots. The hallway and elevator area was worn and threadbare. The ice machine and vending machines were broken on my floor. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It’s right on the Metro line, with a station 2 blocks away. The National Zoo is 2 stops away. All in all not a bad hotel, just could use some TLC . "

"The first room they gave me the door didn’t closed. And I had to wait like 15min in therm front desk for somebody to show up and help me"

"The gym did not have enough equipment and the equipment that they had was faulty and did not work the treadmill was too loud and clunked the left foot part of the elliptical was shotty. My original room 3 20 had standing water in the tub the bathroom was dirty I was supposed to have two queen rooms for the night however I ended up having to move because I had one Queen room and then one king room they must have oversold the double Queens I will say that Rome was fantastic and helping to organize it but it's still involved having to pack up six people's worth of stuff and bringing it down which was not helpful also breakfast could use some more gluten-free stuff the staff member there was a sweet young lady but I don't know if she understood what I was saying"

"Clean, quiet, good area. Gym is great! Overall very good. The in room coffee was bland, and I wished the onsite cafe opened earlier. However, this is me nitpicking, and I’d stay again for sure!"
