"Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The check-in process was fast, smooth, and efficient, which made arriving at the hotel stress-free. "I have a real problem with hotels that no longer clean rooms unless the guest specifically asks, and this is one of them. Over a four-day stay, my room was never fully cleaned once (and it wasn't exactly spotless when I arrived, either). After asking twice, I finally got some clean towels. C'mon Marriott, you can do better. COVID is over. Start spending a little more on guest services, especially given the prices you charge."

"Staff were very nice. They are improving the rooms, stairs, and other areas. Currently, there is some kind of odor to construction materials and paint but just in the hallway of 4th floor. Very centric place. Elevators are very slow and tiny. In peak times you will have to wait few minutes. Is not a place for "desperate" people whom get angry waiting. "This property should not be advertised on Expedia. The room we were in had roaches. The air conditioner was not on upon arriving therefore the room was incredibly stuffy and too dinghy. The neighborhood was very shady and did not feel safe. Not a very nice place."
