"breakfast very good quality for standard fare. Would definitely recommend having a prearranged plan to get to hotel if going from Houston airport. Can be very expensive if cab or uber. Best to rent car. Be careful of being charged by both transportation driver and hotel for travel from and to airport. "

We did have a balcony, but we were disappointed that it was not a beachfront balcony as we had expected. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable and could definitely be improved. Despite those issues, the room itself was comfortable and roomy, making it a good option for extended stays."

"Room was clean. They allow dogs. Ice machine worked. The "convenience store" that is mentioned is cash only and more of a snack stand behind the desk counter. Didn't get to use the pool as we were not there long enough. It's right off the highway, which is nice, but the beach access was not close by. A good 2 mile walk from the resort. "The ac was to load nt was easy to sleep the floor in the room was sticky. Just 1 bartender at pool bar the hot tub was dirty and not was working."

"The room we stayed in smelled of mold really bad. They were supposed to get someone to look into it but they never showed up. House keeping never came to clean our rooms the three days we were there. We had to track down some extra towels. They also charged us for parking for three day although I self parked."

"The bed were uncomfortable for me and my husband. It hurt my back. There was barely any water pressure from the shower. The hot breakfast was hard, dry biscuits, undercooked sausage links, and overcooked scrambled eggs. Our kids liked the cereal and a mini pancake maker. Better off going to McDonald's. The pool was nice minus the drunk people. But what can you expect by a tourist, beach party island. It was great to relax and unwind at the beach. That was the point of our last minute trip."

"After multiple stays in the past 18 months, this is still our favorite hitel in the area. Always clean, good breakfast, excellent parking and clean pool. Staff is always amazing. This time we were fortunate to meet Belinda. She went out of her way to ensure we had the perfect, comfortable stay. We look forward to seeing her again."

"We stayed at this hotel on the way to a cruise, and it was perfect for a quick stopover. The hotel is a typical Quality Inn. It was affordable and clean. The lady at the front desk was nice and friendly. The only reason I'm ranking it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the room had some kind of smell to it. Just so you know, there is no fitness center. I couldn't find much information on the website because it's a chain, but I did find some sites online that said there is a fitness center....

"The balcony rooms are wonderful for ocean views. The top floor is the best. The indoor pool was nice and has pool towels. There are no beach towels. The rooms are large and comfortable. My bed was a tiny saggy in the middle where everyone would first sit. Breakfast was very nice with hot foods and cold options. Coffee/tea and ice water 24 hours in the lobby. The staff were warm, friendly and down to earth. Check in was s l o w. Not sure if that was the software or what. The staff appear...
