"Good reception team , good rooms clean toilets and close to Stratford station"

"Really lovely, friendly, accommodating staff. Nice, clean, spacious room. Only slight negative was not enough tea and coffee in the room. Bar area was nice, food good, wine expensive but then thats to be expected. Breakfast was excellent."

"The hotel experience was average overall. The stay was okay, but nothing particularly impressive. Some aspects could be improved to provide better comfort and service for guests. It was an acceptable stay, but there is definitely room for improvement."

"Clean and neat very conveniently located near the DLR station"

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Great location with easy access to nearby attractions and halal restaurants. Highly recommended!"

"Decent location. Easy car parking. The good points were breakfast. And a comfy bed. The negatives were no lift, and lots of steep stairs. The shower was very complicated to operate and took ages to reach a decent temperature and the control of the temperature was very stiff. No water provided. All in all bit run down."

"It’s a convenient hotel if you have a very early flight from London city airport. Nice and clean"

"The host was very warm and welcoming, the location was easy to get to by train and the freshly prepared breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended!"

"Breakfast is a bit mediocre a nd lack variety"

"Property was clean staff was helpful location was great for shopping and getting to buses and rail transportation. Would be great if there was refrigeration unit and a microwave in room. New restaurant food was okay coffee machine was not working and does not seem to be enough staff. Overall good stay!"
