"Fire place wasn't working for us and the heater was so loud we had to turn it off. Would have been nice to be able to use the fireplace. Told in the morning that the fireplaces were tricky. Would have been nice if there was a note to say to call front desk if it would not work for us. You could not hear the tv with the heat system on."

"I was on the top floor and could hear the airplanes easily. Assume it would be better on other floors. Bed was amazing and blackout curtains created a very comfortable den. Best sleep ever at a hotel. "

"I arrived at the hotel around 1:30 am. There were several people stood around, seated at tables and two sleeping on a couch. The internet was down and people had been waiting for 2 hours to check in. I was told by those already waiting it could be 5 am before we could be checked in. The gentleman at the front desk handled the situation with professionalism. He answered questions as best he could and worked diligently to manually check people in. Manual check-in involved checking digital...

"we arrived very late at night. The shuttle wait was not long. We were soon checked in and off to bed. The breakfast was basic, but was appreciated since there is nothing else nearby. No complaints."

"Staff were very helpful and cooperative, especially Lynn on Front desk. We needed to make a few adjustments to the reservation and she was helpful, friendly and made the process very smooth. Room was clean and spaceous. Adequate gym but cables might need replacing soon. Common areas had adquate seating and were comfortable. Maybe 12 flat screen TVs in the bar / reception / breakfast area are a bit too much !!"

"The staff were amazing very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet had limited options but the food was decent. A few areas of the hotel were being renovated and the elevator sounded like it was going to break anytime it started to move. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. I would stay there again. "

"The place was nice, parking was not too bad. For my family and me, the beds were too firm, and the pillows were bother too much and not enough. The tissues and toilet paper were very thin and rough, but these are just little gripes. Over all, the room was fine."

"For fruit there was only mandarins It was incredibly busy for having only 2 staff on. "

"Great place to stay but the Bistro Cafe was most lacking. Wait staff were fine but place was messy; found clean seats only on 3rd attempt. Even my wife’s menu was dirty. Menu very limited as there were no fruits available. Realize not easy on a Monday morning, after 9:30am, and delivery guy did arrive while we were there. Hotel is a fine choice but Cafe should be avoided."
