"Older hotel. Shares hot water with other rooms and resulting in us not having hot water for shower. Room was missing outlet cover plate. No fan in bathroom. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Rooms could be more soundproof.
There was a washer and dryer on each level that were free to use. Staff was excellent and would have tried to take some off the amt because of the water issue, but because we booked through Expedia, they couldn’t do anything."
