"One of the beds was not in a good condition. My daughter could not sleep that night because de bed was inclined to one side. So the next night we had to make reservation in other hotel because of that night experience. "

"The place was completely unkept. I reserved a room with 2 double beds and of course the AC was broke, so they gave me a room with a King bed and a crappy 5 ft. Fouton. Drunks in the hallway yelling and playing loud music until 2 am. Told the kid at the front desk and turns out they were buddies, he did nothing. If I could give a negative star I would. Stay away from this dump."

"The suite we had was comfortable for a family of five. Room cleaned and made up each day, pool was right around the corner and food at restaurant was good."

"Stayed 7 nights a they did not come in one time and clean up, make the bed or give me clean towels. I had to ask for clean towels. Room is musty and smells like a wet rag. Outside is cute and clean, but rooms are horrible and dirty. "

"The place was great - close to beach & restaurants. Quiet area and clean. Staff was nice - got back w me within mins. Property was very nice, renovated recently seems like. The hot water was warm, not hot. Comforts of a home away from home. The only issue was the noise throughout the day and night due to water being pumped up again and again. Lasted for about 1-2 mins then stop then a few more times throughout the night. Sounded like a loud garage door opening or closing. I would stay there...

"Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! "

"Everything was amazing . Their customer service was sooo good I arrived at 2 am in sj airport and Alex met me at room around 4 am to let me in! Thanks again to Freddy and Alex !!!"
