"The property grounds were magnificent and the location perfect."

"La habitación espectacular, las camas bastante cómodas y las instalaciones muy modernas. Pudimos darnos un baño en la piscina y todo!. El acceso súper fácil con el código que te envían ellos el dia anterior a tu llegada junto con sus indicaciones de cómo hacerlo. El trato con la persona de la habitación estupendo. Llegamos a la 1 de la mañana y no teníamos el parking que habíamos reservado disponible porque otro coche se había aparcado sin permiso. Les contacté por watshap y me lo solucionaron...

Only negative was, we felt, on our first couple of days at breakfast there seemed to be a shortage of staff, disorganisation, having to ask for things e.g. cups, teaspoons etc, also most empty tables still had dirty dishes on from previous guests, and we had to wait for one to be cleared on more than one occasion. We had booked a room for 4 people with a mezzanine loft for our daughters, but with the upgrade, the room had an additional bathroom and a high quality pull out sofa that came in handy when we had an unexpected visitor.
