"This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate."

We arrived on a Thursday night and there was no one available to check us in, leaving us trying to figure everything out late at night with a small child. The room wasn't ready—the ceiling fan remote was missing, so we couldn't use the fan. Since the rooms only have window A/C units, we ended up sleeping hot our first night.

"The staff, especially RayRay at the desk, were simply outstanding. The cleaners were polite and friendly, and seemed to enjoy their work. The other staff members I met were content with thier jobs, friendly and professional. I won't go anywhere else.
I had a very poor experience at another local hotel a couple of weeks earlier, so I made a choice to choose your hotel and pay just a little more, and I'm glad I did - it was worth every penny."
