Hotel was lovely and so was the staff ! Needed additional laundry detergent for the machine and asked at the reception and no problem at all, always had new water bottler an new/clean items at the room.

Nice hotel. Very spacious room. Breakfast was great with a lot of varieties. Only negative it was not cool enough in the room. Thermostat set at 23-25 Celsius.

Near the Beijing embassy area. Hence very quiet at night. Good for a restful sleep. Not far from Beijing central area like palace. Staff are knowledgeable. Advised us on how to get palace tickets as we did not rebook online and online tickets were sold out on the day we wish to visit. Decent breakfast ...

Beautiful hotel, all stuff are so kind and friendly, excellent service! Just somehow the hotel wifi didn't work for my phone. I would suggest the hotel to have a technical support stuff for helping guests troubleshoot.
