"We had a great stay at this hotel in Novato. The room was spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Housekeeping came every other day, which worked perfectly for us and kept everything clean and tidy. The free breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff was always nearby to refill items and make sure guests had everything they needed. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. If we come back to Novato, we will definitely stay here...

"The hotel has a very convenient shuttle, and allows guests to store items in the hotel before check in. Service is solid, and the rooms are nice. My only real issue is that the coffee available is quite bad, and they could use better coffee equipment in the rooms."
