"I’ve stayed here many times and the visits have always been pleasant. My room was clean and spacious although the window air-conditioning unit was having a hard time keeping up in the heat wave. Still, I was able to sleep comfortably. Looking forward to my next stay."

"Showed up and the pool was not open yet and the first floor was boarded up from a gun shooting that happed 4hr ago. Check-in took forever with only one computer. Was trying to cancel and only the manager could override the system and they were not in after a shooting just happened and an innocent bystander was in critical condition."

"No staff present. Self check in and out. Facility was pleasant, fairly quiet and clean."

"Wonderful front desk staff. We couldn't arrive until way past check in but Mr. Ravene stayed and waited for us which was a Godsend. Room was clean and comfortable. Especially love the location right next to a little breakfast spot that you could walk to within 2 minutes but their continental breakfast was also good. Will definitely stay again!"

"I didn’t get the room that I paid for and then after I mentioned that I was in the wrong room for some reason every time I left my room and I came back to the hotel. My key will not open the door so I went three stories up in an elevator my key didn’t work and then I had to go back down to reset my key, but I think that was done because I complained about I did not get the room I paid for"

"I was a little nervous booking at a motel with my family but was limited with my own poor planning booking for a lacrosse tournament at UMass. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and ease of everything. We did need to ask for extra sheets for the pullout bc they were not in the room, and even with the owners dealing with a family emergency they were very attentive and we had everything we needed. It was an easy 17 minute drive to UMass and very affordable."

"The room was wrong and then the guy at front desk argued with me that I was wrong and had to show him my reservation as proof then room was definitely not the cleanest I actually went to Walmart to get blankets to sleep with because I didn’t want to use theirs"

"The hotel was immaculate, the breakfast was excellent and, when we checked in, (we did reserve a room, but it was late evening), we got to choose the floor we wanted to be on and the location of the room even though they had 10 rooms available. I liked having that choice😊 We will stay again.The cost was very good, too."

"No soap in our shower. Stayed overnight quickly so didn't really allocate time to ask for some, but we really shouldn't have to do that at all."

"The only thing this place had was a comfortable bed. Customer service was non existent. Waited 5 minutes for someone to show up to the desk. No bell to ring. When asked where I could park he pointed to the front area. When I got to my room I found out the was parking in the back closer to my room and stairs. Get in the room and the fridge was filthy! Left over used butter stick. Splatter of who knows what inside. Tried to call the front desk. Guess what?? No one answered. Tried 3 different...
