"All in all the Hotel is good. However it's not a 5 star. It's hard to put a finger on what's wrong cause on personal level you see the stuff works hard.
The terriroty is vast, the main beach is long and satisfiying. However if you don't catch a seat early in the morning by 9 am it's hard to find an empty place there.
More than 95 % of the guests are from the russian speaking countries, so stuff knows a word ot two in Russian.
The wi-fi is good only if you're close to lobby - 50 metres or so...

"Food was awful. Same choice each evening. Burnt fried chicken which you could smell then burning during the day. Only decent choice in the evening was Pizza.
Breafast choice the same, Could not even get a omlet.
Most of the staff did noot know how to say good morning or smile.
Poor lighting in the night with many trip hazards walking.
No power socket in bathroom to charge shaver.
Rubbish entertainment in the evening.
Only one bar to sit inside in the evening with awful pianist playing
