"I booked 2 rooms for my family; when I first got there, they had no rooms that next to each other or on same floor. New shift staffs came, I wish I know his name cuz he gave us 2 rooms next to each other. The garage has charger for EV cars and breakfast was very good. We had a blast at American dreams mall. I love this hotel and we’ll be back this summer. We’re gonna book 2 rooms again; hopefully they have 2 rooms next to each other again."

"The room was very nice. There was a welcome message on the tv which I thought was cool. The staff could be friendlier. They were polite but not friendly. I asked about get a hotel color the city which didn’t work out and that was ok but she didn’t mention that there was a shuttle. I found that out a day later when I read the tiny paper that came with the room card. I think it shave been mentioned regardless. Also where to find hotel information through the tv. I figured that out on my third day....

"I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room felt very outdated, and the carpet was visibly dirty with numerous stains. Additionally, there was noticeable damage in the bathroom, including a missing chunk of tile. The photos online made the hotel appear much more updated and well-maintained than what we experienced in person. On our second night, the room directly across from us (Room 406 and the fourth floor lobby by the elevators) hosted a very loud party that continued well past...

"The location is alittle nosy due to the train, when I first walked into the room smelled like something died I did my due diligence even then the smell was extremely off putting ended up checking out early"

"If I could give it a zero I would!! Sleeping with roaches in your room is absolutely disgusting and unhealthy. I got up in the middle of the night to pee and saw a roaches in my belongings. I managed to kill one of them and have pictures. This was at 1:30am and I was leaving at 8am the same day."

"Granted we got there late night and did not use many of the amenities, but the room was very clean, and the front desk was efficient. We did have breakfast, typical hotel type breakfast (don't expect gourmet), but it did the job. Many quick items, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, eggs and a finely diced pork product, I'm guessing ham.
