"This is a rat motel in the middle of the hood. The picture of the room in the advertising is super false, no hand towels, one towel, stunk of cigerettes, blanket had makeup on it. Extremely shady area, smokers and crack heads walking up and through the property. THIS IS A MOTEL NOT A HOTEL. Very seedy and disgusting, we walked in and walked right back out LMAO!"

"It took calling the booking website customer service to get in contact with the host. I end up getting a different property that the one I reserved but the new on was more bedrooms, at the end I work out but it took some long coy with the host."

"Had a great stay at the Melrose. Cute and secluded, but close to everything. The room was lovely, clean, and everything worked. When I called the front desk for assistance, they were on it promptly and made sure to communicate if they might take a little longer. Will be staying there again!!!"

"It's not a bad place to stay in a pinch or if you're arriving late and don't want to go into the City, but the grounds are not clean at all, nor are the rooms sound proof. Staff are helpful enough. The shuttle is great and very convenient."
