They told me the property I booked was unavailable due to "maintenance issues" and offered to move me to a different property which was nowhere near where I needed to be. "The hallways smelled like weed, bedding had rips and stains, and the air conditioning didn't work very well. The man at the desk was friendly and let me park in the "driveway" while unloading my car then he advised me of free parking on the street (no parking lot for the property itself).
