"Lourdes she was an amazing front desk help. She made the call to have me picked up from the airport. She made sure the check in process was smooth and easy. She assisted with many of things. She suggested places to take my kids and it was a hit for them.They had soo much fun at Zapzone. Other staff were okay some didn’t speak at all but it’s okay. "The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked a two-night stay and arrived at 2 AM after a 7-hour drive with my wife, expecting to finally get some rest. Unfortunately, the room was in unacceptable condition. There was a strong mold smell throughout the room. We found hair on the bed and even on one of the bath towels.
