"Brilliant property, stayed here with our staff for the weekend while racing at Croft. Not far from the circuit, beautiful little pub, huge rooms, very spacious and clean. Found a little gem with this place and we will be back 100%."

"I was a walker arriving at the Nag's Head at 15.30. I was warmly received and shown to my very comfortable room. Although the restaurant was closed on a Tuesday evening, i was provided with a wonderful Chinese meal at a very modest cost. I requested a continental breakfast which was fine. Pick Hill is a lovely small village with a long history, some of which is displayed in the ancient church. "

"I have a 3-5 on service. All the staff that I interacted with were very helpful and professional. However, the housekeeping was not good. I was only there for 2 days. On the first day, my room was not cleaned, despite housekeeping being right outside the room when I left for the day. On the second day, the room was cleaned but the amenities (tea, coffee, etc.) were not replenished. Clearly no quality checks by the housekeeping management."

"Did not have a refrigerator as was advertised. Breakfast was nice. Hamburger was nice. The seabass was very tiny. Carpet in the room was clean. The manager of the restaurant was very helpful. Very convenient hotel right off the highway. Had hard to find elevators, free parking, and A/C."

"Run down attrocious place. Bedroom 0 disgusting. Lots of big stains on carpet. Paint all peeled off bathroom ceiling. 1 window wont open. 1 window has nothing to hold it open. Cobwebs on ceiling and light fitting. Wallpaper peeling above radiator. We left Towels in shower to be changed were taken out and put on radiator which was off. Still wet following morning..
