"Location of the hotel was great for sightseeing, quick subway ride to Statue of Liberty and World Trade Center as well as Central Park. Pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was at night. Hotel itself is a little beat up but they were renovating the gym and breakfast area. Breakfast was your typical hot hotel breakfast. "

"The absolute best location. Feels like a little hideaway for when you need to rest a bit before heading back out to explore NYC. The room, the bed, the shower all more than comfortable and clean. I can't sleep much in New York because the energy is too powerful. But I prefer this section of Times Square to the main part. Slightly more lowkey, less people, but still very much alive and colorful with tons of spots to visit. Walked right across the street to Junior's, it wasn't ever slammed, just...

"The property was very quiet, considering its location in Times Square. Yes the room is small but it’s New York City and we expected it. They could have maximized storage by having more hooks. There are hooks in the bathroom, but only three, and hooks by the door, which was very helpful, considering the closet was very small but they could add more. "

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
