"The breakfast amenities were very good, the hotel staff was very friendly. The lighting on the bathroom vanity mirror needs to be brighter in order to highlight any facial details. I had to request a room cleaning twice because it was never completed after the first request. Overall, the experience was above average."

"Do not stay here! The manager/staff/owner of the franchise are terrible to their guests and also bigots who make assumptions about people based on race. Within seconds of an interaction with my (black) husband, the manager threatened to call the police after sternly and aggressively asking “what’s your room #?” Instead of a “good morning, how are you” or “how did you sleep” as you’re getting coffee and wiping sleep out of your eyes, “WHATS YOUR ROOM #, I’m calling the police”… like...

"Toilet ran all night, lights in main room did not work, staff did not make people follow the 10:00 quiet time, milk was spoiled in fridge, a/c blew hot air. Reached out to staff and corporate during our stay and was given some lies about reimbursement and being contacted “within 24 hours.” Worst experience at a Holiday Inn"

"Property is one of the older hotels but maintained .Rooms were clean and all is what was expected for this price . Breakfast ended at 9 so we missed that ,it would have been nice to have it open a little longer ."

"The main part of room was somewhat clean but something splattered on wall. The bathroom was gross with a dirty floor and no shower curtain. The response I got the next day about the shower curtain was not an apology, just - well we can put one up now if you want. There were little ants all over the room and crawling on the bed. "I pad almost $300 for one night. And it was nothing more than a janky hotel. There was a spot on the wall tha was easily just patched over. I can hear everything going on in other rooms.
