"Staff claimed they could not initiate my incident fee refund because I booked through Expedia. However, I paid directly at the hotel and only used Expedia to schedule my stay. I have never had staff at any hotel claim this before."

"As my flight was cancelled just after midnight due to weather, the airline would not provide accommodation. I had to scramble to secure a hotel on my own so booked the red roof inn via expedia. I correctly booked the date I would check in but when I got to the hotel after 1 a.m., was told I could not check in until after 5 a.m. because that was when the property does its audit for the night/day before. "Old motel. Sheets and comforter were stained with old blood. Asked front desk for clean sheets they said they dont keep clean sheets. Asked to move rooms and they said we couldnt. Booked 3 rooms. One room had a bad odor. Not willing to accommodate us at all."

"Arrived at breakfast approximately 20 minutes before it ended. Egg “patties” were burned along edges and sides. Very limited on bread choices. Sausage was gone ( some was brought out when I was ready to leave the area) coffee basically brown water. Toilet floor flange leaked Sink stopper did not work. I reserved a king bed and was put in a queen. Disappointed "

"Shuttle did not pick up in same spot as told by front desk. Staff were kind. Some fresh breakfast items and some staple items. The gym equipment was nice. Room had some dirty areas and fridge was moldy. "

"Cleaning is always a problem. Shower had black mold all in the ceiling over head. Mold in the cracking caulking. The shampoo, lotion, body wash, conditioner is always a crap shoot. Just need a housekeeping manager and hotel who cares. Take 4 bathrooms a day to do a deep clean and handyman touch ups and in a month things will be very different. "

"Ample parking, the pictures on the site, are not accurate. I'm doing this.they make sure there are ko refunds because when you alright at the hotel, you will not be pleased with the esthetics, service or the accommodations I do not recommend this place. I was too afraid to eat breakfast. Do not patronize this place. It must be a franchise, low quality accommodations."
