"Stayed in room 46, was very comfy, nice bed and pillows, Dyson fan which was most appreciated. Room was quite noisy with the staff banging around with trolleys early doors but luckily we needed to be up. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice and plentiful. Nice bar. Pool area needs a loo it of love and attention, cold jacuzzi and steam room wasn't steamy at all. But nice setting on the top of Hayling Island, lovely bar over the bridge too The Ship Inn, watched the F1 and world cup there, nice food. Would stay again"

8/10 Good
"Helpful staff, clean room and a takeaway breakfast that we failed to take full advantage of due to limited time. Also enjoyed the free coffee available in the bar area."
"I stayed Mon-Fri in a basic chalet, which was all I needed on my motorbike tour of the Isle of Wight. Although the chalet was at the budget end of the scale it provided everything I needed, in particular a clean bed with fresh linen and a clean bathroom (I paid for towel hire when checking in, saving valuable packing room). My only negative aspect was that the pots & pans, dinnerware & tableware should have been cleaner than they were (one pan looked as though it had been used and then placed back in the cupboard unwashed). I would recommend Housekeeping make a better check of these items in future as it seems some guests may not clean them thoroughly before checking out. Because I always wash the items I'm going to use beforehand there was no point taking this up with Reception.
All in all, for the price paid, the accommodation was excellent value, the park was quiet and well kept. The staff I met were all friendly and helpful.
I would definitely stay here again, if I returned to the Isle of Wight in the future."
"We stayed one night before a cruise. Room was clean. A/C didnt work great. Hotel restaurant is pricey. Staggering recommended a local pub which was great. Breakfast was pretty good."
"Room was really clean and cosy nice. Bar and TVs were great. staff not so helpful my wife asked late staff the way to the toilet and he replied follow the signs ☺️"
