"Everything about the hotel room was wonderful. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast treats and water were a perfect touch. Location amazing. Only thing I can complain about was the internet. "I loved my stay here and would so stay here again! The architecture is stunning all the way up and check in and out is a breeze! Only thing is that it was not easy to find on maps for some reason. If you have trouble just know that its right across Ditaly the pizza place (at least 1 door to the left if not). The room was clean and furnished with cool decorations. They have a kitchen with all the kitchen utensils necessary including pots and pans! The bathroom separates the toilet from the shower...

"We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very stylish and nicely decorated, clean and comfortable and made us feel at home. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gym is a bit small but it is good for a cardio workout and maintaining your routine while on holiday.
The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to tram and buses and you can explore Alicante very easily on foot as well.

"Had to ask for a kettle no cups or tea bags which many 3 star hotels offer. No fridge in the room just a space where one once was,no pool or communal areas just a 2 seater sofa in the tiny reception area. Breakfast was poor at €9 for bread cold boiled eggs ham cheese and yoghurt. Located on a side street sort of central but a good 10 minutes from any shops."

"The 4 star rating is very misleading- there are no amenities, no restaurant, room service, gym or pool. The advertised roof top terrace is permanently closed.
In addition the room was dirty, small and dingy- see picture of white towel on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Shower was so tiny you could not even bend down. We have stayed at nicer 2 star hotels.
Also, showerhead was broken, shower and sink did not drain so you had to stop your shower several times to let water drain out.
