"I was in a bind and had to book at room at this place. I paid $482 for a night (surge pricing) and ended up not staying because it was not clean. The bathroom in lobby said out of use, yet as I waited and rang the bell, the staff member came out of the bathroom. What? Out of order but he comes out. Hotel room toilet had something sketchy and hotel in general had a bad odor. We did not stay but didn't get a refund."

"It was a great place to stay if it’s just for coming and going. Everything was clean and maintained well. I think it would be better if front desk was staffed and not in the back room. Especially during the check in period 3 pm to evening.
