"We got a room with a balcony but it was locked and we were unable to use as there is no divider between rooms. Weird set up with 1 elevator and our room was on the other side of the property."

"Bathroom was not very clean. Corners dirty throughout the bathroom, toilet area had hairs (yes that kind) on the floor. Very gross. Social hour was nice for a free drink, although very limited (nothing shaken so no margaritas), only well, wine, and small beer pours. Complimentary “snacks” was a little odd because they only offered soup, yes soup, as a snack. The other food that looked good was only for purchase (cheese curds, fried pickles, etc). A handful of nuts would have been a better snack than soup, my opinion. Breakfast was pretty good and included. They had a decent array of food pretty typical for hotel (eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffle maker, cereal, fruit, yogurt oatmeal, etc.). Would stay again, but they need to up their room cleanliness. "
