"We stayed there for one night. When we checked in we immediately noticed the couch was dirty. There were crumbs/food all over it, one of the back cushions was off the couch, and there were crumbs in the floor. In the bathroom, the ceiling had a hole and rip where the bathroom above us was leaking. There was mold/mildew on the ceiling and in the shower. The shower floor was also dirty. When I reported to the front desk, I was told “yea, they were supposed to mark that room “out of order” sorry...

"The air conditioner in our room would not maintain temperature. The room would get cold and then get hot all night long making it difficult to stay asleep.
The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. Aside from the AC issue it was a great stay."
