"Rooms clean and common areas. Free coffee should run longer in morning. Not a huge fan of the self check in. Seemed impersonal, do want to feel like someone was there and attentive."

"The room was TINY but I guess that's to be expected in NYC. The shower water could never regulate and was usually scalding. It was very close to Times Square which was convenient and the staff was very nice. Overall, considering we only slept in the room, it was fine."

My room was very comfortable, although showing a bit of wear and tear (knobs missing from lamps, a small tear in my bedspread, older and not particularly well-functioning soap dispensers in the bathroom). "What a wonderful experience. Staff was helpful and kind. We were offered a free upgrade from an interior queen room to a king city view. We were also selected for free room service breakfast. Easy check out process. Left our bags before check in to walk around the city. Highly recommend if you’re going to the city to see a Broadway show!"

"The hotel staff is wonderful. The King Size bed option was very small. Like real small. You must call for ice to the room. They came promptly though and the gentleman who helped me figure out my TV came quickly too. No complaints. The bed was comfortable. Just what I needed for an overnight stay. I will select a different room next time if available."

"Room was visibly dirty. I booked a Terrace room with jacuzzi and instead of letting us know that it was the “ off season “ for them in a 90 degree weather we had to find out ourselves. Very disappointing atmosphere."

"The coffee bar was not open that we could find. The beautiful woman that check us in was super helpful and sweet! Rooms are very small - and the view was not great …… sort of in fine print."

"I paid a cancellations protection fee to Expedia. But 5 minutes after making the reservation I realized I put in wrong dates. I contacted Expedia who said the cancellation protection fee did not cover the hotel. I contacted the hotel. And they would not alter the dates. The hotel lost 2 more nights stay by not allowing me to change the dates! Never again will I use Expedia or this hotel"
