Hotel dekat Kastil Berkeley

"Obvious it’s a place that caters for wedding parties at the weekend and at this time of year no one else. Rooms are a little tired, radiator in bedroom didn’t work at any point. Lack of hooks/chest of drawers in room very frustrating especially when the wardrobe is full of spare pillows/duvets/fans/trouser press/ironing board and iron. Good amenities but no storage space. Hooks in room and bathroom would be great addition. Breakfast not worth £18 each"

"Lovely hotel. Very clean and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent!!!! Would definitely go back"

"Staff very friendly and professional"

"Room not aging well. Stained carpet. Bed linen clean. Towels clean. Shower ok."

"Our stay was lovely thank you. The room and food were great."

"Lovely room. Nice breakfast."

"Stunning house from the outside. Beautiful inside. Stayed in courtyard room which was a really good size, comfortable large bed, clean bathroom although could do with an update. Both atrium and 1853 restaurants had really good evening food. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and really delicious with plenty of options for my dairy intolerant wife so top marks to management for that. We really enjoyed spending time in the Library room/bar, the perfect room for just chilling. The grounds are stunning...

"lovely old character property in beautiful location, friendly hosts, very accommodating and welcoming, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, great Indian meals available at very local pub, perfect!! "

"Liked our stay. The fact that HM Queen Elizabeth II stayed a few hours in 1981 gave it a nice twist."

"All was ok, room, cleanliness, amenities and breakfast. Comfy bed and pillows. Some very friendly staff, others not as engaged. Only criticism would be parking that we didn't realise would cost extra. It was £3.50 for overnight stay."

"Lovely stay but next door guests made such noise until 2am 😭"

"A little bit difficult to get there but worth the trip. Very nice and comfortable room. Very well stocked with breakfast foods. Very close and easy access to Wales and Eye Valley."

"Wonderful Stay Great Staff Excellent Spa"

"Lovely room, great food and service brilliant!"

"Staff both on reception and in the dining room were helpful, although at dinner we had to wait a long time before the food arrived. The main problem was that although the hotel wasn’t fully booked we were given a room (room 7) right on the very noisy road, over the bar and the outdoor festoon lights were on all night which filtered into the room. Had we stayed a second night we would have asked to be moved!"

"Good value for money. Room was spacious and clean and staff were friendly and helpful."
