"I honestly was surprised to walk in and smell the cleanliness right away. It’s an old hotel but they have remodel enough to make it comfortable to stay. This is very small hotel with limited amenities, but the necessary shall say. Only thing would say they need and ice machine, but I could be wrong and they may have one and did not see, didn’t ask either. They offer continental breakfast with a variety from 5 am which was very convenient for me and considering that all hotels I’ve stayed in...

"We weren’t planning on a stay in Jasper but a bad storm forced us off the highway. Was delighted with property from friendly welcoming front desk to a clean room with great beds and good linens. It was quiet, AC worked perfectly and the breakfast buffet was good. Completely satisfied!"

"The hotel is very well maintained with a nice rooftop bar/restaurant. You can see Bryant Denny from there as well as downtown Tuscaloosa. Location was great for downtown Tuscaloosa, you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. Staff was welcoming and nice. Answered our questions with a lot of info. Has valet parking but we didn't need it for a June visit. Short drive to UofA campus, but probably not walkable."
