"I have stayed at a Village hotel before in Cheadle and it was great, but this was a disappointing trip. The bedroom was small (even though I was in a club room) but clean and the staff were lovely. However what spoilt this trip was the filthy restaurant. We arrived on Friday and could not find a table to eat without dirty plates still on them. 75% of the tables in this restaurant had not been cleared or cleaned at 5pm. It was disgusting. "I liked the helpfulness of the staff on arrival.
I had a very clean single room and bathroom to stay overnight. Clean towels and a good bath/shower with lovely warm water.
The breakfast had an excellent choice and clean tablecloths/crockery/cutlery.
The car park was big and I really appreciated being able to leave my car until about 3.00pm on my day of departure.
