"Hotel was in the midst of a much-needed renovation. It would have been nice to know this prior to our trip. At the restaurant, which only had a handful of customers, we ordered a drink at the bar and food to go. The bartender was extremely inattentive and actually stood with his back to us talking with a couple of guests. "Nice staff, clean and comfortable. A/C was cold which is a huge plus for me. Comfortable bed too. I didn't realize it when I booked it but we had stayed in this hotel 7 years ago. You can never go wrong with a Hampton Inn."

"The room looks like it had been hardy in and they had things hanging with things peeling missing paint. The baseboards were dirty. There was constant bug problem. The the door needed to be replaced or have weatherstrips added to it because there was daylight coming through at the bottom and on the door handle side of the door.
