"Location is perfect if you don’t mind being in a tourist area but it’s not congested. It’s near great restaurants, entertainment and attractions. The staff is amazing especially the wonderful ladies that clean and handle the amazing breakfast. I stayed in Loft 10 it was a little warm but overall I would stay there again. "Lobby’s small yet homey feel, like our own living room. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Spacious room, perfect location for shopping and dining. The only downside is the small cubicle shower place(kinda small space and floor are slippery/smooth surface)."

"This is a beautiful property, very close ( 5 min walk) to Duomo Cathedral, The Galleria Vittorio for shopping, many bars and restaurants and close to the Metro with easy connections to main train station and Linate Airport. Instead of simply moving us to the larger room—which was actually available and bigger than the one I originally booked—I was required to pay for and book both rooms.
