"Staff was great, a beautiful historic place with lovely staff and very nice rooms. Kevin and Pierre were kind and very helpful thoughtout our stay. Tricky to find though and you can't just pull up to the front door. Let them know when you're going for directions. Car is not a good idea in this very busy part of the city."

"Lobby’s small yet homey feel, like our own living room. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Spacious room, perfect location for shopping and dining. The only downside is the small cubicle shower place(kinda small space and floor are slippery/smooth surface)."

"Rooms are very clean we took the suite which was spacious towels were nice and service was excellent the receptionist answered immediately the hotel also had a breakfast which was not fancy but acceptable manager was very friendly and accommodating as we requested to change the rooms and he showed us all rooms available. Hotel is also in center of town next to Duomo "

"My family was extremely happy with our stay. The hotel and room exceeded our expectations. The concierge (all of them) spoke excellent English and made us feel welcome and comfortable. The location was terrific as we could walk to all our destinations easily. The room was roomy and of high quality. They did important things like arrange a van to take us to the airport early on our departure day. to little things like having waters and cookies as we arrived. We would absolutely stay here...

They were both excellently located in the Heart of Milan, therefore the name of the apartments, and the host and the whole team were very friendly and helpful. They even shared a list of best restaurants around the area. Everything is in a walking distance from the apartments. Highly recommended. "

"Amazing location, amazing staff! The hotel has 5 floors, each with a suite and a hotel style room. The top floor has a terrace with views of the city. We walked everywhere during our stay. The front desk staff was fantastic, as was the restaurant. Thank you so much for a great first trip to Milano!"

"Hotel was close to main attractions but down a somewhat desolate side street. Room was way too hot and staff had a hard time correcting the temperature.eventually got it well enough to fall asleep. Otherwise very clean and comfortable."
