"Staff was great, a beautiful historic place with lovely staff and very nice rooms. Kevin and Pierre were kind and very helpful thoughtout our stay. Tricky to find though and you can't just pull up to the front door. Let them know when you're going for directions. Car is not a good idea in this very busy part of the city."

The breakfast is delicious and served either on the 5th floor terrace or in your room. We took advantage of both options. The staff is very helpful and kind. I would happily stay here again."

"The hotel is in a great location. The hotel is beautiful. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of food. Unfortunately the noise in the hotel ruined our experience. It sounded like furniture was being moved above and beside us all night. Also they have music playing in the hallways which is nice until you are trying to sleep then it sounds like someone is having a party. "

"I would agree with some reviews that the hotel does not really look as it does on pictures and is slightly run down/not super clean in areas however it was absolutely fine for our 1 night stay as it was very central and easy to get to and from.
