"Location location location! Everything was walkable. We were able to get the room early which was amazing after our long flight and feeling the jet lag. The hotel and room was super nice, our bathroom was kind of tiny. The breakfast was a big highlight."

"The room was great, only slight issue plug socket for the kettle didn't work so had to use another which meant having the boiling kettle on the floor."

"The hotel is in a great location. The hotel is beautiful. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of food. Unfortunately the noise in the hotel ruined our experience. It sounded like furniture was being moved above and beside us all night. Also they have music playing in the hallways which is nice until you are trying to sleep then it sounds like someone is having a party. "

"The location of the hotel was great. Easy access to the metro and in an area with lots of bc restaurants and shops. The breakfast was delicious. Lots of choices, including GF. The bar in the lobby was also great. Friendly staff with a good menu for drinks and food. Perfect for our group. I would recommend and definitely would stay here again. "

"Great hotel in a great location. Easy to walk to/from Milan Central Station as well as the centre of Milan and its tourist attractions. Hotel was very clean and staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and the drinks at the hotel bar were very reasonable. Would definitely stay again."

"The design of this hotel is very strange as it was an insurance company before. Elevators are slow and the hotel is right on top of both the tram and the subway. The first two floors are very noisy as you hear the tram or subway nonstop. Also, they closed every restaurant for private events while I was there so it was room service or go out. Lastly, their cancellation policies are awful - the actual staff on the ground floor, especially bellman and staff on the ground are excellent"
