"A wonderful hotel and staff. Recent renovation and high quality rooms. Room service and breakfast in the restaurant were excellent. The location in downtown is great. Enjoyed an early morning Sunday walk. Will stay again."

"Customer service people in the front were amazing, my room was great.Only problem was I found hair in the shower and poop.Smeared on the wall. The cleaning ladies started knocking on my door at 10am asked them for more time came back fifteen minutes later knocked again.So we just rushed to leave to check out, But check out was at 11. The pool was beautiful, but dang was a COLD. but overall it was great."

"Everything was great and Danny the front girl is very nice to us. I had a bad experience with the night front desk girl her name is jellisa, that's what she told me her name was. I asked her for 1 xtra towel and a blanket, she told me that she didn't have any. Well then while we were at the restaurant we saw a lady passing by with a bunch of towels for her family I asked her were she had gotten them and she told me that the front girl gave it to her 😡😡😡😡😡😡. I went back and she told the security guard to give me a towel and a blanket from the room they have on the side. I did tell her that why didn't she give me when I first asked her the towels to me, and I asked her for her name she gave me her name and she said what ever😡😡😡😡😡 I really do thing management should remove her because she has a really bad attitude. Because of this incident I'm rating the hotel this 😡😡😡😡😡"

"Stayed here overnight for a birthday event and had dinner at their restaurant Mamacita’s as well. Service was overall good, the room was clean, AC worked perfectly. The rooftop bar area/pool scene is moderately classy but mellow at the same time and service there was awesome-we ordered champagne. They wanted to charge me for parking again upon checkout (parking attendant) even though I paid for it when I arrived. Included VIP parking for hotel guests and a small fridge in rooms would make this a perfect stay. The eclectic vibe and proximity to bars and restaurants is a big plus. "
