"The Belfry is brilliantly well run. The staff are by far the best I've ever met in any hotel in my entire life. Truly brilliant. Friendly, engaging, funny, professional and confident. Proud of where they work and their part in it. Not unctuous just terrific.
They should let the managers run the country.
And before you dismiss my enthusiasm for the ramblings of someone who doesn't get out. I travel the world always staying at the best hotels. The Belfry was my third that week."

"Really lovely staff and the check in experience was very pleasant. The room was just about acceptable in terms of cleanliness but the toilet was not clean and still had used paper in it. The room and the surroundings were very tired and beyond worn in some places, especially the carpet on the stairs which was very dirty. As there was no breakfast, we could not comment on it. It’s such a shame because the setting is quite pleasant and it could be a lovely place to visit. "

"This was our second stay at Brook Marston Farm Hotel. The peaceful surroundings makes your stay relaxing. Staff are friendly, very helpful and go the extra mile for you. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Dining in is a must, meals are excellent, especially the Lamb dinner. Will definitely be booking again soon. "

"We loved the drive into the property, easy to park and a short walk to reception, all the staff we met were polite and helpful, they even provided numbers for local taxis. The room we had offered loads of space and was of a high standard.
If ever we were to return to Birmingham this hotel would be on the top of my list... "
