"I got married at the belfry in the woodlands suite and what an event it was. The hotel is amazing and has lots to do. Dining options are great and we had the best time. Staff are friendly and polite and always very helpful."

"Stayed at The Minworth Lodge for two nights. Staff were lovley and very helpful you have to check in at the bar. Room was small but comfortable and clean. Bathroom was basic but good value for the price and ok for a couple of nights. Shower was great. Bathrooms could do with a repaint but the air extractor is not powerful enough to remove all the moisture. Sleep was great the bed was very comfortable. Will stay here on next visit 100% thank you! "

"Really nice. Lovely quirky room, great location, staff were great, nice bar downstairs, couldn’t fault it. Steep steps up to my room which I was Ok with but if you have mobility issues you should mention. But I’d 100% recommend this place. "

"very cheap stay so got what we paid for! staff were lovely but wouldn’t go back, room didn’t have a key and room not very clean. But like i said we paid £26 for a quick stay over. "

"The room was freshly renovated. The beds were huge. I unfortunately had a sick relative in the hospital nearby. This was a very convenient location to stay. The staff doing late check in were great and they were and have been super compassionate and helpful during and after my stay. I would highly recommend for location and customer service. I would in particular mention the manager Paoula who was outstanding in the level of customer service she delivered when I had a difficult query."

"Clean room, not the most modern rooms but given they run at a high occupancy they were in great condition. Bathroom clean, lots of towels and hand/ body soap, only gripe was the toilet paper holder was what you would see in a public toilet. Staff - amazing, kiosks wouldn’t work upon arrival and checked everyone in swiftly. I didn’t eat on site but it was so busy I strongly recommend if you are staying pre-book. Check out was smooth, quick and again so friendly! "
