"Front desk check in was awful my debit card was charged for the total room instead for the incidental fee of $20.00 I tried several times trying to receive my refund in the amount of $105.67 my bank account was charged. I called Marriott customer service stated I would be receiving my refund on February 29th (no 29th in this month) tried to speak with the manager “Crystal” so rude over talked me said it was a problem between me and my bank. As of this date 04-07-2026 not received my refund....

"If you want to waste your money and then never see it again, this is your place. We booked through Expedia, checked in and when we got to our room there was black mold all over the ceiling, no running hot water and the fire alarm was disconnected hanging from the ceiling. We quick got our kids out of there for health and safety concerns and told the front desk. They said that when Expedia called them they would verify and issue a refund. "Very clean, safe neighborhood, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Perfectly fine for our one night stay. Note that the pool was under renovation (4/2/26), and the breakfast limited to cereal, pancakes & juice."

"The breakfast bar was good and the staff were all very nice. Upon entering our room it smelled musty. The bathroom floor and the carpeting weren’t as clean as they should have been. Our Kleenex box was near empty. Our heater was not working properly. It was so loud it sounded like a bearing or the motor was going out. "The property offers dog friendly however they charged another 25.00 for the stay non refundable. Would have been nice to know that prior to staying . Also no meat on the complimentary breakfast . Staff was nice and friendly, place was clean . "

"Minor things: ice & vending signs on each floor, they have only ice during our stay. Apperently several ice machines were not working. However, they did have vending in the lobby. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Walk in shower was an additional perk."

"Room was just ok. Thin sheets, old mattress, busted furniture, rusted metal trim and door, bubbling wallpaper, big notches and missing paint on walls. All cosmetic concerns that could easily be fixed and make a world of difference. The room was clean and most staff was friendly. "
