We were looking for a unique or upscale hotel stay, but the property felt more like a budget short-term rental. Staff were so nice, lovely perfume spray when you walk; the decor was so adorable; the bed and room were wonderful and onsite amenities, coffee bar and rooftop bar and restaurant were superb! "First there is no parking they have valet parking but it costs me 120 dollars for two nights. Second my room was not ready they told me to wait 15 minutes. At 4:00 pm. "I would rate this hotel 6/10. The room is very nice! The gym is okay. The front desk was helpful with all my issues/concerns. The housekeeping is the issue- the first day we left around 7am.. came back to our room around 1pm and the room wasn’t cleaned; we had to call to get it cleaned. The second day- the room trash wasn’t removed, they didn’t sweep or mop the floors. I travel often- this was something new for me. Again nice hotel, staff and room. I am big on cleanliness"
