"Simply outstanding! From arrival to departure, everything was 5 stars. This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, the included amenities throughout the hotel and in our room were top shelf/first class…no one does it better! We shall definitely return. Highly recommended. "

"Beware: internet does not support zoom meetings. I was there for a conference and had to lead a work meeting. After two people were signed in, the internet crapped out, and I had to run across to the Pratt Library (thankful for this library!) which luckily had a room I could use. I had asked a staff member about it earlier, if it could increase or if I could plug in, he sent someone to my room who “made it better,” but both download speed and ping write even worse after that. Don’t come here...

"Just wasn't to our liking. Rooms were clean and in good repair. Staff was very nice and curteous. Breakfast in the Ash Bar was great. It's a very old and dark hotel. Room was very dark and small. Card key was deactivated before checkout. Had to go back downstairs to get it reactivated. At least two others had the same issue. "

"Clean room, cozy environment, excellent location, good breakfast, and great service! However, depending on the room, there can be quite a bit of noise. It’s not so much from the street—which gets quieter at night—but more from inside the hotel, starting around 6 a.m."

"Room was comfortable and mostly quiet, even with the street noise from the bar below my window. The gym and breakfast were great. I suggest replacing the mats in the gym and maybe adding a few items like a weighted bar or balls. The elevator seems like it needs some repairs and deep cleaning. Other than that, great stay, would come again. "

"Don’t come here during baseball season/football season/anytime there’s an event at either stadium!!! I checked with the hotel about the availability of on site parking or if I needed to find parking somewhere else. I was assured by the hotel that they had parking on site and I didn’t need to make other arrangements. Published rate on their website is $35 a night for a guest. Got there to check in and there was an event going on at the stadium. The parking lot was full because they were upselling...

"An amazing stay from start to finish! Our room was not ready upon check in and to our surprise we were upgraded to the presidential suite. The unexpected room upgrade truly added to our engagement celebration and made our stay unforgettable. All the staff were very friendly, attentive and made us feel exceptionally welcomed. "Took a half hour to check in (only one employee on duty at prime check in time).Woman at the front desk on off hours was rude and surly. Rooms were good and spacious, but I had no hot water at two times during my stay. "
