Staff were so nice, lovely perfume spray when you walk; the decor was so adorable; the bed and room were wonderful and onsite amenities, coffee bar and rooftop bar and restaurant were superb! "I would rate this hotel 6/10. The room is very nice! The gym is okay. The front desk was helpful with all my issues/concerns. The housekeeping is the issue- the first day we left around 7am.. came back to our room around 1pm and the room wasn’t cleaned; we had to call to get it cleaned. The second day- the room trash wasn’t removed, they didn’t sweep or mop the floors. I travel often- this was something new for me. Again nice hotel, staff and room. I am big on cleanliness"
