"J'étais un peu inquiet au départ que ce ne soit pas un hôtel “classique” car l’accès au bâtiment se fait avec un code. Finalement, tout s’est extrêmement bien passé. J’ai reçu toutes les informations pour l’arrivée via WhatsApp, ce qui était très pratique.
J’ai aussi été agréablement surpris de découvrir qu’il y avait une petite réception, ce qui est rassurant, et le personnel était vraiment extraordinaire : très accueillant et disponible.

"Everything was amazing from start to finish. Check in was a breeze and the clerk was super helpful and friendly. The room by far exceeding my expectations. I was on the 17th floor and the view was gorgeous, and it was considered the less expensive city view vs the more expensive view of the CN tower. The room was very clean and well maintained. I ordered uber eats and they didn't provide utensils so a quick call to concierge and she offered to have them delivered to the room or for me to walk...

"We had a great stay here, the room was absolutely beautiful, and very comfortable. The staff were incredible and very helpful they also made sure to update us to any changes well in advance during our stay. The one downfall was that unfortunately the pool and hot tub were under remodeling during our stay. We were notified about 2 weeks before we arrived, which was appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"I had a clean King bed Lakeview room on 35th floor. Room was well maintained and look like pictures on the site. I started for 2 nights, centrally located, across the street from a park, museum, space needle. Hotel has a Starbucks coffee shop and full restaurant and bar. Across the street are plenty of cheaper food selections like subway, Aroma coffee, a pita spot. Great stay. I'm a cigarette smoker, and found plenty of outside nearby locations to smoke that wouldn't disturb non smokers."
