"Property was very clean and staff was so helpful and friendly. The team members were so great with service. I would say this our last two days the elevator did go out and that was u fortunate for the company. "The shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were useless. They were in little very stiff bottles that required both hands to get any out of the bottles. In order to use the body lotion I flattened the bottle with both hands to dispense the bit of lotion onto a tissue. I realize this is not the fault of the staff, but whomever is in charge of choosing what to order for use of guests.
