"Great location, spotless rooms, nice complimentary breakfast buffet, helpful staff make this a great pick for Asheville.
You could say this place has everything except….
working elevators! When we were there only one of the two elevators worked, and the one that did work broke down twice in three days. Staff were helpful and responsive in getting it running again, but still it’s a nuisance. Hopefully they fix it soon, because it marred an otherwise perfect stay."

"The staff members were helpful and friendly. However the vent in the bathroom didn’t work so the room filled with steam and made the whole room humid. The ac hardly worked so the room was hot most of the time. There were mold spots under the sink and next to the bath tub. There were two spots on the walls that seemed to be splatter marks from squished bugs. I grabbed sodas from the downstairs convenience area and they were all expired by a few months."
