"I enjoyed my stay. A couple times I went to make a coffee and it was empty.... that happened with the complimentary bagels in the morning as well, I think there should always be coffee and bagels ( whatever is offered for breakfast) availavle,, especially due to people's time constraints and not being able to wait for refills in the morning wolf they're on a tight schedule...other than that my stay was perfect.

"We were not given any information about the property itself upon check in. Upsetting to hear there was more to the property than we knew after staying for 3 nights! Apparently there was breakfast? We saw the lobby and the check in desk - assumed that was all. It is a shame we spent this amount of money to sleep."

"The TV was broken. The maintenance guy came up twice. I called three times then the next morning I was charged a movie from scream three at 7:04 AM the next morning I did complain and they said that seeing how the movie apparently was watched over 15 minutes they continue to charge me $28 and said it is not refundable? The experience in the hotel room was cleanliness. I've always stayed there. I did not watch that movie and the TV was permanently broken all night and the next day. "
